Yes. They work through our local partner network, under Partner with Care’s provider registration and clinical governance.
Can nursing be arranged quickly after a hospital discharge?
Tell us it’s a discharge and we’ll treat it as urgent. What’s achievable depends on the partners in your area, and we’ll be straight with you on the first call.
Does nursing use up my whole budget?
Clinical care draws on your quarterly Support at Home budget alongside everything else. Part of our job is sequencing services so it isn’t crowded out.
