What we can arrange
Every category below is funded under Support at Home and delivered by a local service partner you choose. We hold the registration.
Deliver any of these services? We are always looking for local providers to join the network. Become a local partner →
Personal care at home
Help with the parts of the day that have got harder, from someone you chose.
See personal care →
Domestic assistance and cleaning
Keeping the house on top of you rather than the other way round. Often the first support people accept.
See domestic assistance →
Nursing care at home
Registered nurses in your own house, so a dressing change or a medication review doesn't mean another waiting room.
See nursing care →
Allied health at home
A physio who sees your real steps and your real bathroom gives better advice than one who sees a clinic.
See allied health →
Transport and community access
When driving stops, everything else shrinks. Transport keeps the rest of your life reachable.
See transport →
Meals and nutrition support
Unplanned weight loss is one of the clearest early warnings that someone isn't managing at home.
See meals and nutrition →
Social support and companionship
The support families feel awkward asking for, and the one that changes the most. Isolation does measurable damage.
See social support →
Gardening and home maintenance
The jobs that used to take a Saturday and now don't get done. Most of them are also the ones that become a fall.
See gardening and maintenance →
Home modifications and equipment
Changing the house so it stops working against you. Almost always cheaper than the fall.
See home modifications →
Support for family carers
The person doing the caring is usually the one nobody has assessed. Support at Home funding belongs to the person you care for, but it can take real weight off you.

How the funding works
Support at Home replaced Home Care Packages on 1 November 2025. Your assessment produces a classification, and that comes with a quarterly budget you spend across the categories above, according to what you need rather than a fixed package someone else picked.
Invoices come to us, we claim against your budget, and you see what's been spent and what's left. If a provider isn't working out, you change them.
Not sure which category you need
Most people don't arrive knowing. Describe the situation on the call and we'll tell you which categories apply, what your budget supports, and what we cover in your postcode. If our partner network doesn't reach you, we'll say so.
Tell us what you need
