We work across Western and South-Western Sydney: Fairfield, Cabramatta, Liverpool, Bankstown and Merrylands, through to Parramatta, Blacktown, Mount Druitt and out to Penrith.
We take enquiries from the wider Sydney metro area too.

Open Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm. Most of our work happens by phone, so call first.
Care can be culturally matched
Because you choose your own worker under self-managed Support at Home, you can match on language and cultural background. Central staff allocation can't do that.
In practice, the person helping your mother shower speaks her language, knows what she will and won't eat, and knows why certain days matter. Often that's the difference between care accepted and care refused.

Do you cover my suburb in Sydney?
Coverage depends on which local service partners work near you, so we need your postcode to answer properly. We'll tell you what we can and can't reach before you sign anything.
Can I keep the workers I already use in Sydney?
Usually yes. If your worker or their business will invoice through Partner with Care, signing them up takes a few days. Sole traders and small local businesses make up much of our network.
How quickly can services start?
It depends on whether you have an approved Support at Home classification and which partners have capacity nearby. Say so if you're calling from a hospital discharge, because we treat that differently.
