What happens after you get in touch
Four steps, and you can stop at any of them.
We call you back
Same day, usually within a few hours. Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm. Outside those hours, we'll call the next morning.
We work out where you are
Whether you have an approved Support at Home classification, are waiting on an assessment, or haven't started. Each leads somewhere different.
We match you locally
We look at which local service partners work in your postcode and what they do, then put the options in front of you with costs attached.
You decide
You choose who comes to your door.
Before you call
Do I need a My Aged Care assessment before I call?
No. Plenty of people call before they've been assessed, and we'll explain what the process involves and how long it takes. If you already have an approved Support at Home classification, tell us the level and we'll go straight to arranging services.
What does it cost to talk to you?
Nothing. The call back, the conversation and a quote for services are all free, and you're not committing to anything by enquiring.
Do you cover my area?
We're a national registered provider delivering through local service partners, so coverage depends on which partners work near you. Give us your postcode and we'll tell you honestly what we can and can't cover.
Can I arrange this on behalf of my parent?
Yes, and most people who contact us are adult children doing exactly that. You don't need formal authority for the first conversation, though your parent must consent before services start.
I already have a provider. Can I switch?
Yes. Support at Home funding follows the person, not the provider, so you can move without losing your approved funding. Your current agreement usually has a notice period, which we'll help you work through.
